Our 0.3HP chiller has undergone extensive testing and research, confirming that it is capable of achieving temperatures as low as 3°C under optimal conditions. However, the chiller’s performance is influenced by external factors such as your local climate, ambient temperature, and installation environment.
To optimise cooling efficiency, we recommend:
- Positioning the chiller in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
- Placing the bath in a location that does not receive continuous sun exposure throughout the day.
Please note that Recover does not guarantee that every chiller will reach 3°C in all conditions, as external factors beyond our control significantly impact performance. If the chiller does not achieve this temperature, it does not constitute a fault with the product. Refunds or returns will only be honored if the chiller is found to have a clear manufacturing defect.

As a first-time user, it’s best to start with 2-5 minutes to let your body adjust to the cold. As you get more comfortable, you can gradually increase your time to around 10-15 minutes. Always listen to your body and get out if you feel too cold or uncomfortable.
